The established international forum for high quality analysis of corporate, securities and financial law.

The Journal of Corporate Law Studies is vital for teaching and research, vital for practice, vital for regulation, law and policy-making.

We cover corporate law and corporate governance, capital market and broader financial regulation, and restructuring and insolvency. Our strong global perspective and interdisciplinary understanding of financial, economic and political contexts and the impact of technological developments makes us the "go to" source for a fully developed, rigorously analytical view of the area - anyone who works in any field where corporate law arises cannot afford to be without it.

Front cover of European Law Journal

European Law Journal

The European Law Journal focuses on European integration through law in multifaceted contexts — political, economic, historical, philosophical, social, or cultural. ELJ furthers contextualisation by examining globalisation, tectonic geopolitical shifts, topical issues, methodology and more. Our post-critical approach sheds original light on puzzling issues and provides an innovative conceptual framework to rethink problems and find new solutions. We also aim to strengthen the heart of European integration by building bridges to create EU unity in diversity. (Provided by Publisher)
