Databases provide access to high-quality peer-reviewed journal articles, conference proceedings, book chapters, dissertations and many other resources.

Asahi Kikuzō II bijuaru for libraries : Asahi shinbun onrain kiji dētabēsu.

This is an essential newspaper database focussing primarily on the Asahi Shimbun - one of the oldest newspapers in Japan. This database provides access to articles from 1879 to the present day in addition to articles from the magazines 'AERA' and 'Shukan Asahi. In addition to articles, the resource also incorporates the Historical Photo Archive, a database of approximately 10 thousand photographic records mostly taken in Asia during the World War II period.
