• Inter-Active Terminology for Europe (IATE). "A translator's best friend on the Web" can be used to translate a legal term from one official EU language to another.
• Institute of Advanced Legal Studies (IALS).  Self-proclaimed ‘National Resource for Legal Research and Facilitation since 1947’ and part of the University of London.
• Investment Arbitration Reporter is a news & analysis service tracking international arbitrations between foreign investors and sovereign governments.
• Google Books. For historic material and older law reports not available on the English Reports
• HG.org. Private, US-based site with over 30,000 links.
• Index to Common Law Festschriften. Database funded by the Law Foundation of New Zealand and created by the University of Auckland Library and Law School.
• infolaw: Information for Lawyers Limited's Gateway to the UK Legal Internet. A good, general "gateway" site.
• Inner Temple Library Current Awareness Weblog. A blog which intends to provide up to date information regarding new case law, changes in legislation and legal news. 
• Lawlinks. Many subject-based links to other sites. Maintained by the University of Kent.
• Lawbore. Contains a database of law sites, tutorials and a forum 
• The Plain English Campaigns Guide to Legal Phrases
• Portal to UK Legal Resources. A good, general "gateway" site.

• Companies House is useful for provision of basic company information in the UK. Also contains guidance notes, downloadable Companies House forms etc.
• Department for Business Innovation and Skills includes, for example, information on specific industries and guidance on the latest regulations.
• Elexica. Resources developed by City firm Simmons & Simmons. Strong on links to commercial law Web sources. Registration necessary.
• European Corporate Governance Institute Home Page.
• Financial Ombudsman Service. Provides free, independent service for resolving a wide range of disputes with financial firms, from insurance and mortgages to savings and investments. 
• Trading Standards Institute. Consumer law information including guidance on devious practices and return of defective products.
• Veil Doctrine in Company Law. Web article about the history of this issue, theories for the lifting of the corporate veil, and significant case law.

• Constitution Finder. An Index of constitutions, charters, amendments and other related documents from countries around the World.
