Hospital Records Database. A joint project of the National Register of Archives and the Wellcome Library to provide information on the extent and location of UK hospital records.

Anesthesia History Files. Includes "Anesthesia and Pain History on the Internet", which itself includes a number of fulltext items usually transcribed from original sources.
Global Project on the History of Leprosy. From the International Leprosy Association and the Wellcome Unit for the History of Medicine at the University of Oxford.
Darwin Online. This site contains the text of Darwin's publications and thousands of handwritten manuscripts, plus a bibliography, manuscript catalogue,and supplementary works.
Einstein Archives Online. Project to digitize Einstein's published and unpublished, scientific and non-scientific papers.
Robert Boyle Project. Devoted to the life and work of Robert Boyle (1627-1691), it includes a set of images of the core volumes of the Royal Society's Boyle Papers, plus other materials.
Anatomia, 1522-1867. This collection features approximately 4500 full page plates and other significant illustrations of human anatomy taken from 95 individual works from the Thomas Fisher Rare Book Library, University of Toronto.
Emilio Segré Visual Archives. Images from some 5,000 photographs, lithographs etc held at the AIP's Neils Bohr Library. Devoted mainly to US physicists and astronomers, but includes images of some European scientists too.
Images from the Clendening Library. Several hundred images taken from medical and natural history texts, most of which were printed before 1800. Organized by theme.
Images from the History of Medicine (IHM). Nearly 60,000 images taken from the prints and photograph collection of the History of Medicine Division of the U.S. National Library of Medicine.
Index of Medieval Medical Images (IMMI). A project to index and take images from medieval medical manuscripts in North American collections.
Wellcome Trust Medical Photographic Library. More than 160,000 images from the "world's leading source of images on the history of medicine, modern biomedical science and clinical medicine."
Epact. An electronic catalogue of medieval and renaissance scientific instruments from four European museums, the Museum of the History of Science, Oxford; the Istituto e Museo di Storia della Scienza, Florence; the British Museum, London; and the Museum Boerhaave, Leiden.
Charles Babbage Institute. An historical archives and research center of the University of Minnesota dedicated to promoting study of the history of information technology and information processing and their impact on society.
